Job summary

LPU Batangas offers an engineering internship position in Irvine, CA, with a mix of office and field duties on diverse structural projects. You will perform basic calculations under supervision and gain hands-on experience across military, aerospace, and commercial structures.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Provide basic engineering calculations and analysis support under the direction of a Project Manager or Project Engineer.
• Work both in the office and in the field on a variety of structural engineering projects.
• Contribute to projects including Military and Aerospace, Commercial and Industrial Structures, Piers and Sea Walls, Foundations for Tanks and Equipment, Support Structures, and Structural Assessments and Evaluations.
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule between 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

About You

The company is looking for:

• A 3rd or 4th year engineering student working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited college.
• Previous internship experience.
• Availability to work through the summer.
• Successful completion of the EIT exam is highly desirable.
