This 8‑month program offers hands‑on experience supporting project managers, performing calculations, and contributing to blast resistant design concepts in a dynamic environment.

Participants will gain exposure to 3D modeling, MATLAB/C++ coding, and professional communication while working 40 hours per week in office settings at our San Antonio and Houston locations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Civil-Structural Engineering or related discipline from an ABET accredited curriculum.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software (SketchUp and/or Inventor).
• MATLAB, C++, or C# programming skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access)

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers and technical staff with project work, business development activities, and organizational tasks.
• Perform routine engineering calculations and review documentation.
• Develop design drawings and report presentations; organize files and data.
• Support hazard analysis and structural design concepts for various construction materials.
