Role Description:

Arcadis is actively building a talent pipeline of experienced Structural Engineers to join our Resilience Water team. This opportunity reflects our commitment to addressing climate change, urbanization, and environmental sustainability challenges in the water sector.

Role Accountabilities:

• Design and implement structural solutions for infrastructure projects, including water/wastewater treatment facilities, shoreline stabilization, stormwater systems, and resilient infrastructure.
• Conduct structural assessments and engineering analyses.
• Prepare technical deliverables such as calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce sustainable designs compliant with standards.
• Support project management by monitoring budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Participate in site visits and client meetings as needed.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in structural design software like STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Revit.
• Understanding of codes such as IBC and ACI.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing engineering documentation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and passion for sustainability.
