The ideal candidate holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a structural focus and an active professional license (P.E./S.E. or ability to obtain).

Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Structural Engineer/Associate for our Civil & Structural Engineering Practice in multiple U.S. locations. As part of a collaborative team, you will conduct analytical and computer problem‑solving, perform experimental field investigations and diagnostic surveys, and maintain client relations.

Compensation

Base salary ranging USD 117,000.00 – USD 145,000.00 per year, dependent on experience and capabilities assessed during the interview process. Total compensation includes base salary, bi‑weekly bonuses for high‑intensity efforts, annual bonus, and a 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary.
