The role requires strong technical proficiency, QA/QC leadership, and clear communication with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (electric power option preferred).
• 0-2 years of relevant engineering or field experience.
• FE/PE is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for renewable generation and utility substation facilities.
• Produce and review design packages and coordinate with internal teams and clients.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget; manage QA/QC processes.
