Job summary

Wiley|Wilson invites new graduates to join the Structural Engineering team in Alexandria, VA as a Structural Engineer-in-Training. You will work under licensed engineers to analyze and design structural systems for diverse projects, building the foundation toward your PE license.

You will gain hands-on experience across design phases, perform calculations, prepare drawings, and participate in field investigations to connect theory with practice while learning CAD and BIM workflows with AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering with a structural concentration from an ABET-accredited program.
• FE exam passed by start date.
• AutoCAD and Revit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design calculations.
• Prepare reports and design drawings.
• Assist with field investigations and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate structures with building design.
