Krech Ojard & Associates, Inc. in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, seeks a Structural Engineer-in-Training to build a diverse portfolio across complex structural systems.

You will analyze, design, and review plans, leading technicians and coordinating across multidisciplinary teams on site and in the office. The role requires a Civil/Structural degree, FE certification (or pursuing PE), 2+ years of experience, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• FE certification required (or actively pursuing PE licensure).
• 2+ years of experience in structural engineering and design.
• Proficiency with structural software (AutoCAD, Revit, Robot, RISA, Bluebeam, Navisworks).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and maintain a valid driver’s license.
