We are seeking a detail-oriented Structural Engineer in Training with at least three years of professional experience to join our growing team in Sacramento, CA. You will design, analyze, and oversee structural systems for a diverse range of commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Working closely with architects, contractors, and project managers, you will deliver safe, efficient, and code-compliant structural solutions that clients can count on.
This role includes regular desk work and occasional site visits, which may involve climbing ladders, navigating uneven terrain, and light lifting (up to 15 lbs).
The base salary for this role is competitive, with a range of $75,000 – $100,000, determined by experience, education, and skills. KPFF also offers performance‑based bonuses to recognize outstanding contributions. Additional details about the full compensation package will be provided during the interview process.
