You'll develop 3D models, coordinate with teams, and grow toward licensure. We value hands-on project involvement, mentorship, and a path to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Structures focus).
• 0-5 years of structural engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in structural analysis and design.
• Clear communication skills and attention to detail.
• Motivated to learn, contribute, and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design for steel, concrete, and wood systems.
• Analyze structures for high wind, seismic, vibration, floods, hurricanes, and more.
• Build and work within 3D finite element models for design accuracy.
• Coordinate and develop 3D Revit models for design coordination and docs.
• Work directly with senior engineers and principals for mentorship.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, owners, and teams across phases.
• Gain experience across a wide range of project types and systems.
• Take on increasing responsibility based on experience.
