Job summary

Cold-Formed Steel Engineers Institute is seeking a structural engineer to join our Tulsa, OK team, with roles spanning Dallas, OKC, Tulsa, and Manhattan KS. You’ll perform structural analysis and design for commercial projects and develop drawings, calculations, and specs.

We look for 3+ years of experience, an EIT, and ideally a PE license. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, strong communication, and a collaborative, ownership-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of structural engineering experience.
• EIT required; PE license (or ability to get one in Texas) is a big plus.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong communication and a team-first attitude.
• Interest in taking ownership and growing with us.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for commercial building projects
• Develop structural drawings, details, calculations, and specifications
• Coordinate structural design with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and other project team members
• Participate in project meetings and communicate directly with clients and consultants
• Review construction documents and respond to RFIs and submittals
• Assist with site observations and construction administration
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables as experience allows
