Job summary

McClure (Civil Engineering) is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our growing Structural team. The ideal candidate will manage multiple project deadlines with quick turnarounds and perform design work primarily for cold-formed steel, focusing on non-bearing systems and shop drawing-level engineering.

The engineer should have a BS in Engineering and be licensed as a PE or be able to obtain licensure within 18 months, reflecting our commitment to high-quality, compliant design and strong client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 18 months.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and codes.
• Experience with cold-formed steel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager or Team Leader on design issues.
• Participate in QA/QC to ensure high-quality engineering solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Lead project objectives and maintain client relationships.
• Demonstrate strong technical engineering expertise.
