A Forensic Engineering Firm in Colorado is seeking a Forensic Structural Engineer. This remote position requires strong experience in structural building design, preferably with a Bachelor's or Master's in Structural Engineering. Responsibilities include leading design development, preparing construction documents, and maintaining client relationships. Ideal for candidates located between Denver and Colorado Springs. This is a remote position but must be based in the front range area between Denver & Colorado Springs.
Requirements:
5-10 Years of progressively responsible Structural Building Design Experience
Bachelor's Degree / Master's in Structural Engineering is a PLUS
Registered Professional / Structural Engineer - in Colorado
Experience in designing building structures with emphasis on concrete, steel, masonry and wood
Experience using Revit Design Packages is a PLUS.
Responsibilities:
Take a lead role in helping to realize our projected growth
Responsible for structural engineering design development and for preparation of structural engineering construction documents
Develop building structural systems, both gravity and lateral
Help to build and maintain positive relationships with new and established clients
Preparation and checking of design drawings and/or specifications
