Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our engineering team in delivering design and inspection services for a diverse client base. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in structural engineering and proficiency with AutoCAD, Microstation, Midas, and STAAD.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Professional Civil Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering.
Strong knowledge of bridge inspection and design principles.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Microstation, Midas, and STAAD.

Responsibilities

Conduct bridge inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports.
Design and analyze structural components using software such as AutoCAD, Microstation, Midas, and STAAD.
Prepare structural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for bridge design projects.
Work collaboratively with other engineers and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Provide technical support to clients and other team members as required.
Ensure that all work complies with industry standards and PennDOT regulations.
