Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Lead Engineer to helm structural projects under the Chief Structural Engineer.

You will apply your expertise in bridge design and transportation structures, manage teams, and deliver high-quality solutions. The role requires a BS in civil engineering with a structural emphasis (MS preferred), a PE license, and proficiency in MS Office, Microstation, and structural analysis software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, preferably with bridge design and transportation structure projects.
• A BS in civil engineering with structural emphasis is required, and an MS in structural engineering is preferred.
• PE license is required (or on way to getting license); and for Illinois office locations an SE license is a plus.
• Software knowledge, including MS Office, Microstation, and structural analysis programs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of DOT and ISTHA design standards and analysis is desired.
