Job summary

Pride Resource Partners LLC, a Think Power Solutions Company, seeks a Design Manager A/E Services to lead structural engineering efforts for diverse building projects. The role involves preparing and reviewing design plans, cost estimates, and QA programs, while guiding a team of structural designers and engineers.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in structural engineering, CA-licensed PE is preferred, and experience with school buildings is valued.

Qualifications

• Three years of full-time professional structural engineering experience.
• Emphasis on school building construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and review design plans, specifications, estimates and reports to comply with guidelines.
• Review structural services required of engineering consultants and architects; suggest revisions.
• Prepare structural design plans, cost estimates, and QA plans for construction and maintenance of structures.
• Assist in reviews of project status, provide guidance to staff, and coordinate with designers.
