CDM Smith is seeking a Bridge Inspection Assistant Team Leader in Poughkeepsie, NY, to assist field teams in structural inspections. The role includes planning and documenting inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The Bridge Inspection Assistant Team Leader supports field inspection teams in performing bridge and structural inspections in accordance with applicable federal, state, and client requirements. This role assists with inspection planning, field documentation, condition assessment, report preparation, and coordination with team leaders, project managers, and agency representatives.
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, or Structural Engineering or related discipline. 1 year of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
An appropriate and valid driver's license is required.
20% - 40% travel.
Heavy equipment operation and proper licensing to operate heavy equipment is a requirement of the position.
