KPFF Special Projects Group is seeking an entry-level Structural Engineer (0-3 years) to grow in Tacoma, WA. You will work on civil, industrial, port, and waterfront infrastructure projects, gaining design and project management skills in a supportive team.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.

The Special Projects Group of KPFF is growing and looking for an ambitious and initiative-driven entry-level Structural Engineer to strengthen our dynamic team in Tacoma, WA. You will be at the heart of downtown, working on a diverse range of civil, industrial, port developments, marine waterfront, ferry terminals, shipyards, floating structures, and transportation design build infrastructure projects. Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Duties are primarily conducted in a standard office setting, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer table.

Compensation

The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate with 0-3 years of experience is $87,000-$105,000. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center. During the interview process, we'll provide detailed information and address any questions you may have about the overall compensation package and benefits.
