Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED) in San Diego is seeking a licensed Structural Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to lead design on California projects, including DSA and healthcare. You will supervise the structural design and documentation for projects of increasing complexity, coordinating with architects, MEP engineers, and civil consultants.

As a Structural Engineer at HED, you are a licensed professional with 4-8 years of experience, capable of taking a lead technical role on projects of increasing complexity and scope. With a deepening understanding of structural systems and interdisciplinary coordination, you apply strong engineering judgment, design acumen, and project experience to deliver resilient, code-compliant, and efficient structural solutions. You contribute to project execution, mentor junior staff, and help shape innovation and quality across the discipline. This role blends autonomy with collaboration, supporting HED's mission to create a positive impact through design.
