Farnsworth Group is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our team. You will provide customer-oriented design and construction services to clients nationwide, with strong growth potential.

Key duties include analysis and design of building structures, document development, site visits, client meetings, and project coordination. PE/SE licensure is preferred, and Revit experience is a plus. This role offers a Hybrid Work Program and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (required) or Master’s (preferred) in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, with emphasis in structures
• 3 - 7 years of structural engineering experience; PE or SE licensure preferred
• Experience with design and construction administration of building structures
• Experience with steel, concrete, masonry and/or wood
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Leadership qualities with ability to teach/train others
• Revit proficiency preferred

Specific Requirements Include

• Bachelor’s (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, with emphasis in structures
• 3 - 7 years of structural engineering experienceProfessional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred
• Experience with design and construction administration of building structures, preferably both new construction and renovation of existing structures
• Experience designing with common construction materials: steel, concrete, masonry and/or wood
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment that can manage and contribute to several projects simultaneously
• Leadership qualities with ability to teach/train others
• Revit proficiency preferred

Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
