Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Structural Engineer (Steel Design) to join our Oklahoma City team onsite. You will perform steel connection design, engineering calculations, and modeling for complex projects, collaborating across disciplines to ensure constructible and safe designs.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Civil Engineering (structural emphasis preferred), EIT certification, and 2+ years of structural experience with steel design software such as ETABS or RISA.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis preferred.
• EIT certification required.
• At least 2 years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience in steel design and connection design.

Structural Engineer (Steel Design) - Direct Hire

Location: Onsite in Oklahoma City

Salary: $80,000-90,000 + Excellent Benefits

We're seeking a Structural Engineer with strong steel design experience to join a growing engineering team. This role will focus on structural steel connection design, engineering calculations, constructability reviews, modeling, and collaboration on complex steel projects.

Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis preferred)
• EIT certification required
• 2+ years of structural engineering experience
• Steel design and connection design experience
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Mathcad, Bluebeam, and structural analysis software (ETABS, RISA, etc.)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

• PE pursuit or licensure
• Fabrication and job site experience
• SDS/2, Tekla, or programming experience
