Cushing Terrell is seeking a senior Structural Engineer to lead structural design efforts on diverse projects in the Missoula area. You will oversee scope, budget, and timelines while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with architects, designers, and other engineers to deliver integrated design solutions.
Qualified candidates have a PE license (or eligibility by comity), 8+ years of experience, and strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The Structural Engineer will be responsible for leading structural engineering efforts on projects, managing scope, budget, and timelines, and overseeing the work of junior engineers. This role requires strong technical knowledge in wood, timber, steel, concrete, and masonry design, along with the ability to develop construction documents, perform structural analysis, prepare reports and cost estimates, and maintain client relationships. The position also includes mentoring team members and coordinating with architects, designers, and other engineers to deliver integrated design solutions.
Expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 annually.
