Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a seasoned Structural Engineer (PE) in the Houston area to lead design projects from concept through detailing. The role requires in-office collaboration at the Friendswood office, with responsibilities for stamping calculations and drawings on steel and concrete structures.

The candidate should have a Texas PE license, 8–10 years of related experience, and familiarity with Tekla Structures, RISA-3D, and STAAD. Occasional bonus opportunities and benefits are included.

Structural Engineer | PE Job Description:

Structural Engineer | PE Responsibilites:

• Ability to run/manage your own projects from start to finish
• Ability to stamp the calculations/drawings

Structural Engineer | PE Qualifications:

• Minimum 8-10 years structural engineering experience, preference on steel design
• A Texas PE license is a must and any other state licenses are a bonus.
• Experience in Tekla Structures, RISA-3D, STAAD, etc.
• Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience in structural design of steel and concrete structures required. Professional (PE) or structural engineer (SE) stamped in Texas and/or surrounding states are required.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $100-135k+

This would be an in-office position working in the Friendswood office, Mon - Fri.
