Jobot is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join a growing team specializing in complex building and infrastructure projects. You will lead structural design efforts, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide mentorship to junior engineers while delivering high-precision engineering solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, PE/SE licenses, and 8+ years of consulting experience across various markets, with strong communication and client engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• PE license; SE license strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of structural engineering consulting experience.
• Experience with commercial, institutional, multifamily, or mixed-use building design.
• Proficient with structural analysis software (ETABS, RAM, SAP2000) and design principles.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and seismic design standards.
• Experience coordinating projects and mentoring junior staff.

Job Details

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

• Experience with commercial, institutional, multifamily, or mixed-use building design
• Strong knowledge of building codes, seismic design standards, and structural analysis principles
• Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM, SAP2000, or similar platforms
• Experience managing projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
