The Role

We're seeking a Structural Project Manager to join the Dallas office and lead projects across a wide range of sectors, including: historical preservation, municipal, religious, industrial, recreational, residential, hospitality, multi‑family, healthcare, commercial, and educational. This breadth of work gives you exposure to multiple project types and the opportunity to develop a versatile skill set that will set you apart in the industry.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Structural emphasis) from an ABET‑accredited program.
  • Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience in consulting.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience leading teams.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Expect to manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 7‑10 active in design).
  • Travel for site visits may occur 2‑3 days per month.
  • Annual bonuses typically range from 5‑10% of base salary.
