Job summary

Inspections, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team. You will assemble structural drawings, repair drawings, and specifications for permitting and construction, while leading others to complete client projects.

Responsibilities include developing client relationships, assisting with proposals, scheduling jobs, and performing site inspections. A Civil Engineering degree, strong communication, and code interpretation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree required.
• Experience in structural drawings and permit documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble structural drawings, repair drawings, and specifications for permitting / construction
• Manage and lead others to complete Client projects
• Responsible for development of Client relationships
• Assist with new Client prospects / proposals
• Scheduling of jobs
• Site inspections as required
• Building code analysis and interpretation
