Job summary

Arora and Associates, P.C. in Lawrenceville, GA seeks a civil engineer to support the structural team on transportation projects. You will draft sketches and drawings using CAD tools, prepare engineering reports, and assist in preparing specifications, schedules and cost estimates.

Fieldwork to inspect conditions, coordination with design team, and effective communication with engineers are essential. A BS in civil engineering and CAD proficiency are required; FE is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering.
• Proficiency with Microstation or AutoCAD, MS Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with structural engineering software such as STAAD, CSI Bridge, M. Das and/or SAP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• FE exam preferred.

• Cooperate and coordinate with other design team members

Requirements:

• BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with a concentration in Structural Engineering
• Proficiency with Microstation or Autocad, MSWord and Excel
• Familiarity with structural engineering software such as STAAD, CSI Bridge, M. Das and/or SAP
