Base pay range

$64,400.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced team focused on designing state-of-the-art structures within Advanced Facilities. Grow your skill level as you work among a collaborative and innovative team of designers and engineers of multiple disciplines. You’ll work closely with clients and construction trade partners as you develop design concepts, create models from scratch, and coordinate designs to consider existing conditions and other disciplines. You’ll convey structural requirements to the construction team using BIM 3D Revit models, Revizto, and NavisWorks. You’ll also have the chance to provide leadership for projects with teams of designers, establishing project standards and procedures, training and developing your teams, and building and maintaining team morale. Here's what you'll need

• 8+ years of drafting/design experience in the structural field
• 8+ years Revit experience
• At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience
• Experience working with structural steel, concrete, and masonry structures

Please note: This position is hybrid and will require being in the North Carolina office 2-3 days a week.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in the pharmaceuticals industry or general industrial facilities
• Experience in building design and detailing
• Experience with Navisworks, Revizto, and Bluebeam
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

Posted Salary Range Minimum: $64,400.00

Posted Salary Range Upper: $110,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $64,400.00 to $110,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
