Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Senior Structural DesignerLocation: St. Louis, MO areaPay Range: $80k-$115k + BonusResponsibilities:

• Work with Sales Representatives and customers to develop creative solutions.
• Lead improvement initiatives internally to adapt and stand out in the evolving market.
• Develop and deliver structural design solutions to meet customer specifications and needs.
• Utilize various mixed medium materials to achieve customer project objectives and create solutions.
• Completes routine and complex structural design projects, sometimes under tight time constraints.
• Prepare structural design files for prototypes, mock-ups, die lines, and bill of materials.
• Create and maintain project records in line with company policies and practices.
• Establish and achieve goals set in the areas of quality, productivity, project progression, and design integrity.
• Ensure completion of all daily customer and internal commitments.
• Ensure adherence to retail and industry regulations, style guides, and brand guidelines.
• Follow and monitor adherence to creative quality control processes.
• Promptly communicate and distribute direct customer feedback.
• Serve as a strategic consultant with customers on design solutions.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships with all internal departments to promote excellent collaboration and class-leading products and services.
• Seek opportunities to provide proactive solutions to customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in design or related field OR combined education and experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing corrugated displays for the retail market.
• Proficient in ArtiosCAD.
• Proficient in utilization of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite tools.
• Experience with Salesforce, HRMS, TaskRay, and Webcenter but not required.
