Dynotec, Inc. is seeking a talented Structural Designer to join our Columbus, Ohio team. This full-time, onsite role targets entry-level to junior professionals who will design fundamental and advanced structural systems across diverse markets.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, perform calculations, utilize Revit for 3D models, and gain exposure to regional codes and design software, paving the way for career advancement in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 0–3 years of professional or intern experience.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit is required.
• FE Exam / EIT certification is a significant asset (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed structural calculations and design components for Concrete, Structural Steel, and Masonry structures.
• Utilize Revit to create accurate 3D structural models, plans, sections, and details.
• Apply building and material codes including ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, and TMS.
• Gain exposure to RAM, STAAD Pro, ETABS, and RISA-3D for analysis and design.
• Conduct periodic site visits with senior engineers and prepare field observation reports.

This full-time, onsite position offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level to junior professionals to design fundamental and advanced structural systems across a diverse array of target markets. Working closely with senior engineering leadership, you will actively contribute to a variety of buildings.

Primary Responsibilities
