Job summary

Arcadis U.S., Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Structural Design Engineer Intern for a summer internship in our Akron, OH office (also Columbus, Cleveland, or Cincinnati). You will work with our Structural Group delivering design and analysis under mentorship.

You will gain hands-on experience on infrastructure projects, learn to use CAD tools, and develop communication skills while contributing to critical structural resources for state and municipal clients.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or closely related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Must have experience and/or educational background in structural engineering.
• Must possess the ability to work on multiple unique assignments simultaneously.
• Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and be able to convey information to other disciplines.
