Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced Structural Department Manager to lead a team and drive significant transportation and infrastructure projects across Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. in Structural or Civil Engineering, a PE license in PA, and over 10 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have a proven record in client relationship development and project management.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in PA required; NJ PE preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience.
• Experience with PennDOT or Turnpike projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Structural Engineers and Designers.
• Oversee design and analysis of bridges and diverse infrastructure assets.
• Secure, plan, manage, and monitor local, county, and state bridge projects.
