Job summary

Shirley Contracting Company, LLC in the United States is seeking an experienced construction supervisor to lead field crews, read plans, and coordinate with the Project Management Team to keep work on track.

This role requires a minimum of three years’ experience, the ability to organize, plan and schedule tasks, and a commitment to safety. Base hourly pay ranges from $35.00 to $50.00, with total compensation influenced by education, experience and location.

Qualifications

• Supervises their crew(s) and coordinates / assists the Project Management Team.
• Performs Operations to meet job cost, schedule, and production goals.
• Must be willing to perform all related tasks to support projects.
• Ensure the company’s health and safety culture, policies and requirements are met.
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customer and co-workers.
• Knowledgeable of material and equipment requirements.
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.

For this role the base hourly range is $35.00-$50.00. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
