Schuff Steel is seeking a Production Welder to join our team in the fabrication of structural and bridge components. The role requires proficiency in FCAW, SMAW, GMAW, and SAW, with ability to weld in all positions and interpret safety and procedure manuals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must pass required weld test per AWS D1.1.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Follow welding procedures (AWS, AISC).
• Weld in ground, above ground, and below ground positions.
• Prepare material by chipping, peening, and grinding as needed.
• Weld structural, bridge, and industrial materials with precision.
