Job Description
Arora and Associates, PC is seeking qualified applicants for the following position in our Pennsylvania Market:

Duties:
As a member of a design team:

1. Perform or supervise structural analyses, design and detailing of bridges
2. Prepare or supervise the preparation of contract plans
3. Visit project sites to collect information
4. Write or assist in the writing of reports and correspondence
5. Review and respond to contractor submittals such as shop drawings and RFIs
6. Interact with clients and contractors

Requirements:

1. BS in Civil Engineering with concentration in Structural Engineering
2. PE license in PA
3. 5-10 years’ progressive experience in bridge design and rehabilitation
4. Ability to guide entry level structural designers
5. Thorough knowledge of PennDOT and PTC Policies and Procedures
6. Familiarity with PennDOT structural software
7. Familiarity with MicroStation

Preferred Attributes:

1. MS in Structural Engineering
2. Experience in:
   
   1. Bridge inspection
   2. CBSI certification

Positions are available in our Bethlehem, PA and Harrisburg, PA locations.
