Our Transportation Team is seeking an experienced CADD Design Technician to support bridge design and plan production using modern Bentley design tools, including OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Modeler, and MicroStation, based in St. Louis, MO.
In this role, you’ll be a key member of our bridge and transportation structures team, producing high‑quality 2D and 3D design deliverables for DOT, municipal, and infrastructure clients. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and multidisciplinary project teams to develop bridge layouts, structural details, plans, quantities, and design models that meet client, company, and industry standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys technical design, plan production, problem‑solving, and mentoring others while contributing to meaningful transportation infrastructure projects. The final candidate for this role will be located within the St. Louis, MO area.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $118,000.00; it will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
