HDR, Inc. is seeking a Structural BIM Coordinator in Minnesota to lead discipline models, generate BIM elements per the DDP, and coordinate with architects and engineers. You will maintain models, ensure accuracy, and produce discipline-specific documentation.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or a minimum of 3 years related industry experience.
• Technically qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Competency of Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
• Experience with 3D Coordination tools.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits are essential.
• Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work for a specific discipline under supervision, and generate BIM elements per the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP).
• Create and maintain the discipline model and content for the project.
• Coordinate design with other discipline models during design reviews and 3D coordination.
• Prepare detailed drawings and diagrams within project scope, schedule, and budget.
