Ideal candidates have 5+ years of related experience, strong Autodesk tools proficiency, and a collaborative approach to design reviews and coordination. Local candidates preferred, with a focus on precise modeling and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or 3+ years related industry experience.
• Competency with 3D design software and document management tools.
• Experience with BIM production and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Model discipline elements and produce BIM with appropriate Level of Development.
• Create and maintain discipline models, systems, content, and digital delivery outputs.
• Coordinate design with other discipline models and support Design Reviews.
