The Role
Our Restoration Division focuses on the design of repairs, renovations, and alterations of existing structures and oversee their execution in the field. We perform condition assessments, investigations, quality control inspections, feasibility studies, and peer reviews.
SUMMARY:We have an immediate opportunity for a Structural/Architectural Project Manager for our Restoration Division in our Miami, FL office. We are looking for a candidate with experience in field assessment, structural system repair (addition, alteration, and repair), development of construction documents for restoration of existing structures, tenant improvement projects, adjacent construction monitoring, and/or construction engineering.

Estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 to $125,000. The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. The salary offered will vary based on experience, education, skills, abilities, and certifications/license if applicable
