Job summary

Kimley-Horn's Greenwood Village, Colorado office is seeking engineering graduates to join our Structural team in 2026. This on-site role offers mentorship, exposure to plan production, project financials, and client interactions, with a salary range of $88,000–$91,500 per year.

Successful candidates will hold an ABET-accredited engineering degree by Summer 2027 in Civil/Environmental/Structural Engineering and have working knowledge of Revit and Civil 3D, along with strong communication skills

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2027 in Civil/Environmental/Structural Engineering.
• Working knowledge of Revit and Civil 3D.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Work on structures like high rises, apartments, hotels, commercial buildings, bridges, retaining walls, and other structural design efforts.
• Perform engineering tasks with on-the-job and formal training, mentorship, and client interactions.
• Assist in design and analysis of vertical structures, ensuring compliance with standards and codes.
• Perform structural calculations and prepare drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to develop innovative solutions.
