Space Kinetic invites ambitious graduates to join a 3-month, full-time on-site Structural Analysis Engineering Development Program in El Segundo, CA. You will work on intake and build-out of structural models, supporting flight readiness and continuous facility improvements under mentorship.

Ideal candidates have degrees in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Structural Engineering, and show strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Structural Engineering.
• Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions and variables.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial workplace; self-driven and proactive.
• Ability to work with minimal direction; strong analytical skills; detail-oriented; calm under pressure; follow-through; effective written communication.
• Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• As a Structural Analysis Engineer team member, you will assist in structural analysis model intake and build-out to test correlation and flight readiness.
• Be a driving force for continuous improvement of the facility while working with all levels of the organization.
• Interns will be provided with training and mentorship that will translate to real-world skills.
