Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring Structural Welders for a day shift in Sugar Land, TX. Candidates should be able to pass 3G and 4G tests and demonstrate proficiency in MIG downhill and Flux Core uphill welding, including vertical and overhead open root welds.

Hours typically 6 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday with potential Saturdays, 40–50 hours weekly and biweekly pay. Flexibility to adjust hours based on production and readiness to work overtime as needed are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass welding tests (3G and 4G) at the shop.
• Proficient in MIG downhill and Flux Core uphill welding.
• Experience with vertical and overhead open root welds.

Job Details: Job Location: Sugar Land, TX 77478, Structural Welders - Day Shift (Fabrication Shop)

• Pass a 3G and 4G test

• Working 40-50 hours a week - need to be flexible for hours may increase according to production.
• Monday thru Friday 6 am to 4:30 pm (Depends on Production, flexibility to work Saturday)

Must pass the test - will test at shop and coupons will be sent to lab for qualification report.
