Ideal candidates hold an ASN (BSN preferred), are licensed in Indiana, and possess BLS certification; ACLS may be required per unit policy.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Indiana RN license required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required per unit.
• Experience in acute care or medical/surgical or stroke care is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to acutely ill medical/surgical patients, with a focus on stroke care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver patient-centered care.
• Mentor and orientation for new graduates; participate in evidence-based practice.
