Qualifications

• BSN is required and a master's degree in nursing or a related healthcare field is preferred.
• Prior nursing leadership experience is required.
• Florida RN license is required.
• Knowledge of current nursing theories and leadership approaches.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to budget and manage finances.
