Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Current state Nurse Practitioner license required.
• 5+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide new patient consultation and review health history.
• Perform physical examinations and screening.
• Deliver after-care information to patients and families.
• Maintain patient records including test results and immunizations.
• Deliver physician-level care while complying with policies and safety.
• Recommends further treatment options or future appointments.
