The role involves working with residents, fellows, attendings, and staff to plan, implement and evaluate medical and nursing care across the patient care continuum.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in nursing, an active APRN license, BCLS/ACLS certification, and prescriptive authority eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing required.
• Current APRN license in state of practice required.
• BCLS/ACLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Prescriptive Authority eligibility as per state Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care under Medical Director supervision.
• Coordinate care with PCCs, nursing staff, and discharge coordinators.
• Provide education to patients and families; participate in teaching of residents and students.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
