Job summary

British Swim School is seeking a Stroke Development Swim Instructor for our Delafield location. You will coach swimmers to improve endurance, refine strokes, and gain water confidence in a supportive team setting.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong stroke knowledge, a passion for teaching, and excellent communication. Evening and weekend shifts are available, with paid training on our curriculum and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
• A passion for teaching and motivating swimmers.
• Experience coaching or teaching swim lessons is a plus.
• Positive energy, patience, and great communication skills.
