This full-time role requires RN with a BSN and at least 3 years in stroke care or quality improvement, plus NC licensure. You will collaborate across teams regionally to maintain stroke center standards and promote education.

Qualifications

• RN with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
• BSN or higher required.
• Current RN license in NC or a compact state.
• CNRN or SNRN certification preferred.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regulatory standards to maintain primary stroke center certification.
• Lead program evaluation and quality improvement efforts.
• Serve as liaison between physicians, managers and stroke teams.
• Promote stroke care through collaboration with Forsyth Medical Center facilities.
• Coordinate education for staff and patient education on stroke care.
• Analyze clinical, financial and quality data to improve outcomes.
