Job summary

Overland Park Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to lead nursing care and coordination on the unit per shift. You will collaborate with the management team to monitor quality, support staff development, and ensure exceptional patient experiences aligned with our mission.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license with a diploma, 2+ years ER experience, and current ACLS/BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• RN license and nursing diploma are required.
• ER experience: minimum 2 years.
• ACLS/ACLS certification required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge to ensure efficient throughput.
• Monitor quality of patient care in collaboration with the management team.
• Serve as a resource for staff and model organizational values.
• Support nursing strategies through rounding and staff engagement.
• Assist with interviewing, selecting, and training of new staff; participate in evaluations.
