Job summary

Alpha Space Control is seeking an experienced Striping Foreman to join our Columbia, SC team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee daily striping operations for road and parking lot projects and guide a crew to meet safety and quality standards.

You will read blueprints, manage equipment such as Graco Line Drivers and Long Line trucks, and ensure timely completion while coordinating with clients and inspectors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in road or parking lot striping, with at least 1 year in a leadership/foreman role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team to complete road and parking lot striping projects, ensuring safety, quality and timelines.
• Read and interpret project blueprints and plans, delegate tasks based on crew strengths and project needs.
• Operate and maintain striping equipment including Graco Line Drivers, Long Line trucks and Walk-Behind Machines.
• Perform pre-job planning, site preparation and material handling.
• Train and mentor crew members on striping techniques and safety protocols.
• Communicate with clients, inspectors and team members to coordinate requirements and provide updates.
• Complete daily progress reports, timesheets and equipment logs.
• Ensure ADA compliance and maintain safety standards.
