Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area for a Sealcoating and Line Striping Foreman. The Foreman will oversee and manage sealcoating and line striping projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality. Responsibilities include leading and supervising a team, operating and maintaining heavy equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory skills and experience leading teams
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment
• Strong communication skills for interaction with team members and clients
• Experience or knowledge in carpentry and general maintenance
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure project quality and safety compliance
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in the Columbia, SC area
